OUR CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS!
You have the right to withdraw from a purchase and service contract concluded with Werbemedien Toccori & Toccori GbR without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract or order. Digital downloadable items downloaded from our system or delivered by us, used or worn, damaged items, customized or personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Please check the item carefully when placing your order (type, color, size, etc.) to avoid unnecessary returns. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. If Toccori & Toccori GbR has already begun manufacturing the personalized items or providing the services, a general cancellation is excluded.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel the contract you concluded with us, we will review the validity of your cancellation. Should your cancellation be valid, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
